Party Passes Only $50.00 Pre-sale $75.00 Regular	Admission to Friday night and Saturday night events ONLY These wristbands will be different then the wristbands that come with a complete package purchase. (DOES NOT include resort discount, waived resort fee, cabanas Saturday at pool, event gift bags and/or other event specials and activities) If you purchase one of the complete packages above you do no need to purchase separate party passes. OCCUPANCY TERMS - Occupancy refers to the minimum number of people in a room and the minimum number of packages that will need to be purchased in order to get that listed rate. If the additional person or persons occupying the room have not purchased their package while a special or promotion is in effect, that person will be responsible for purchasing the package at the rate listed at the time of purchase. All occupants will need to have purchased their packages prior to the cut off date of June 11, 2010 in order to receive a confirmed room reservation. If all packages are not purchased prior to cut off date, the current total package amount will become due and payable on June 11, 2010.

PAYMENT PLAN - Payment plans are calculated on the early bird rate. Half due at registration and balance due by June 11, 2010. If, upon maintaining your payment schedule and you are not paid in full by the designated due date of June 11, 2010, your reserved space will be forfeited. A $50 reinstatement fee will be due after June 11, 2010 to reestablish your reservation. Reinstatement will be based on availability.

PAYMENT TYPE - Credit Card payments are accepted online via BlackNLA.com. Bank Check or Money Orders are accepted by mail: BlackNLA.com - 8391 Beverly Blvd, #433 Los Angeles, CA 90048. BlackNLA is the fiduciary agent for this trip. Payment by checks or money orders: Please fill out on-line registration form. Then mail an copy of that registration form and payment. Registration must be received within 5 days of registration or package will be released. For pre-sale and early bird special envelope must be post marked prior to pre-sale and early bird deadline.

Refund/Cancellation Policy: ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS! Packages are transferable. There will be a administrative fee of $50.00 to transfer package to a different name.

On-site Registration Requires: Presentation of the credit card used at the time of purchase and valid ID. No wristbands will be issued without credit card and proper identification.

Hotel Check-in Will Require: major credit or debit card and valid ID for every room.
