Each person sharing a room can purchase
their rooms individually.
Each
person who registers can pay for
MULTIPLE people in their group.
Each
person attending trip must complete
step 1 of registration. Each person
must use a unique e-mail address
you cannot
use 1 e-mail address for multiple
registrations.
Our system uses the e-mail address
as customer codes and we can only
have 1 per registrant (for example:
If you register 3 people using 1
email address, our system will only
register the last person using the
e-mail address.)

OCCUPANCY TERMS - Occupancy
refers to the minimum number of people in a room
and the minimum number of packages that will need
to be purchased in order to get that listed rate.
If the additional person or persons occupying
the room have not purchased their package while
a special or promotion is in effect, that person
will be responsible for purchasing the package
at the rate listed at the time of purchase. All
occupants will need to have purchased their packages
prior to the cut off date of May 21, 2010 in order
to receive a confirmed room reservation. If all
packages are not purchased prior to cut off date,
the current total package amount will become due
and payable on May 21, 2010.
PAYMENT PLAN -
Payment plans are calculated on the early bird
rate. Half due at registration and balance due
by May 21, 2010. If, upon maintaining your payment
schedule and you are not paid in full by the designated
due date of May 21, 2010, your reserved space
will be forfeited. A $50 reinstatement fee will
be due after May 21, 2010 to reestablish your
reservation. Reinstatement will be based on availability.
PAYMENT TYPE - Credit Card payments are
accepted online via BlackNLA.com. Bank Check or
Money Orders are accepted by mail: BlackNLA.com

BlackNLA is the fiduciary agent for this trip.
Payment by checks or money orders: Please fill
out on-line registration form. Then mail an copy
of that registration form and payment. Registration
must be received within 5 days of registration
or package will be released. For pre-sale and
early bird special envelope must be post marked
prior to pre-sale and early bird deadline.
Rate includes accommodations and
BlackNLA hosted events on and off the resort.

Refund/Cancellation Policy: ABSOLUTELY
NO REFUNDS! Packages are transferable if you are
unable to attend. There will be a administrative
fee of $50.00 to transfer package to a different
name.
On-site Registration Requires:
Presentation of the credit card used at the time
of purchase and valid ID. No wristbands will be
issued without credit card and proper identification.
Hotel Check-in Will Require: major credit
or debit card and valid ID for every room.
Transportation not included.
